ANNALALA defines a Distributor as an entity that purchases goods in large quantities from the manufacturer. The purchased volume will be stored in warehouses and then resold to smaller distributors, agents, or stores at a margin.
We wish to build sustainable, long-term partnerships with Distributors (Tier 1 Distributors). To ensure the rights of our distributors and partners, AnnaLala Food operates on the following terms:
Each distributor is in charge of 1 specific market territory
Depending on the market size in each province, a different number of distributors may be developed (large cities like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City may have more than 1 distributor). The distributor in each area manages that entire regional market. This empowers partners to easily boost sales, expand territories, and minimize conflicts or disputes during development.
Conditions to become a Distributor
- Minimum monthly sales volume must reach 30 million VND.
- Do not distribute into territories assigned to other distributors within the system.
- Absolutely no price dumping or cutting below market rates.
Pricing Policy
1 Discounts
- Parties agree on and apply order discounts as specified in the price list sent to the distributor monthly.
- Cases eligible for additional discounts:
- Immediate payment upon fulfillment of goods by the company.
- Reaching revenue milestones as stipulated in the contract.
- Bonuses and support incentives will be paid via: Cash, bank transfer, or balance deduction against liabilities.
2Selling Price
- Based on purchase records and other partnership commitments, distributors will enjoy the pricing policy designated for the corresponding agent tier.
- The pricing policy is structured to guarantee maximum competitiveness and profitability for distributors in the market.
Support Policy
- Marketing & Media SupportBrand promotion across information and media channels; provided with leads and customer matching within areas near the distributor's headquarters and branches managed by the company during the partnership term.
- Exclusive Distributor RatesEnjoy preferred pricing according to the pre-established policy for distributors.
- Brand PresenceUpdate contact information and distributor logos on the website annalala.vn and other corporate promotional materials.
- Legal & Contractual Support Be authorized to sign sales contracts on behalf of the company in cases where the distributor's clients request it or the distributor lacks the immediate legal capacity to execute. Profit margins (after deducting operational expenses) will be transferred back to the distributor upon fulfillment of obligations.
